We provide CRM systems with AI integration, digital marketing, QR services, website development and on-demand software. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement that you accept before work begins. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.
2. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects may require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on delivery.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
- Work requested outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may move the project timeline. You confirm that any material you give us (logos, text, images, data) is yours to use or that you have permission to use it.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and services remain subject to their own licences.
5. Portfolio
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the completed work, including videos and screenshots, in our portfolio and marketing. We never publish your confidential information.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the project.
7. Privacy
When you contact us through this website, we receive the name, email address and message you send. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. We do not sell your personal data. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us.
8. Hosting, third-party services and support
Some solutions rely on third-party providers such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, AI models or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing or policy changes. Ongoing support and maintenance are provided under a separate plan or as agreed in writing.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Cancellation and termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to the date of termination, and any advance payment covering completed work is non-refundable.
11. Use of this website
Website content is provided for general information. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt this website. We may update the website and these Terms at any time; the latest version is always published on this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
